Return & Withdrawal Policy

For customers residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), you hold the statutory right of withdrawal to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days without stating any reason, in compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

14-Day Cooling-off Period

The withdrawal period commences on the day you receive your stainless steel jewellery. To exercise this right, please submit your return application via our self-service return portal available in the footer of our website. We will send you detailed return instructions once your request is approved.

Return Conditions for Stainless Steel Jewellery

All returned stainless steel jewellery must remain unused and unaltered, free of scratches, tarnish, discolouration, wear marks or any signs of wear. Items must be sent back with complete original packaging, including gift boxes, storage pouches, tags and protective wrappings. We reserve the right to reject your return if the jewellery bears scratches, surface damage, or oxidation and discolouration caused by wearing, exposure to water, sweat, perfume, cosmetics or other chemicals. Returns without intact original packaging or attached tags will also not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns under the 14-day withdrawal right due to non-quality-related reasons (such as change of mind, dissatisfaction with style or unsuitable size), the buyer shall bear the return shipping expense. We recommend choosing a tracked delivery service for the return shipment, as we are not responsible for lost parcels in transit.

If the jewellery arrives defective, damaged, broken or incorrect due to our error (quality or fulfilment issues), we will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact our support team within 7 calendar days after delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging for verification.

Refund Procedure

After we receive and inspect the returned goods and confirm they satisfy all return requirements, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days upon receipt of the parcel. We may deduct compensation for the diminished value of the jewellery if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to examine the goods.

Exclusions of the Withdrawal Right

The statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to personalised, custom-engraved stainless steel jewellery. Custom-made items cannot be returned or cancelled unless proven to be defective.

Defective Goods

Should your jewellery arrive damaged or faulty, please get in touch with our customer service within 7 days of delivery and supply supporting photos. We will arrange remedies in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.
